Why we keep asking you to 'like, comment, subscribe'

 You will have noticed many social media posts, and indeed the episodes themselves, invite you to 'Like, comment, and subscribe'.

We know how annoying and pushy this is, but we have to remind you of this because without your feedback and spreading the word, we wouldn't be able to continue.

Creating a podcast takes a huge amount of time, effort and money, especially when it is being produced and given away for free, so we would like to feel loved after each episode! If you found something to enjoy, please don't be shy in liking, rating, commenting, or subscribing.
